The agreement between you and The Esports Library.
These terms cover your use of The Esports Library at theesportslibrary.com. By reading the site, commenting, or holding an account, you are agreeing to them. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
You must be at least 13 years old. Reading, commenting, holding an account and subscribing all require it. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13 we will close it and delete the data behind it.
If you are between 13 and 18, please get a parent or guardian's agreement before you pay us anything.
You can close your account whenever you like by asking us.
Comments, profile details, pictures and banners are yours. You keep ownership of them. By posting them you give us permission to store and display them on the site, which is the only way we can actually show them to anyone.
You are promising that you have the right to post what you post. Do not upload images you do not own or have a licence to use. Anything you post has to follow the Community Rules, which are part of these terms.
We can remove anything that breaks those rules, and we do not have to explain every decision in advance.
Supporter perks are extras such as removing ads and unlocking profile customisation. They do not buy influence over what we write, and they do not buy special treatment under the Community Rules.
The articles, guides and design on this site are ours. Quote us, link to us, and reference us in your own work — that is genuinely welcome, with credit. Do not republish whole articles elsewhere, and do not feed the site wholesale into another product and pass it off as your own.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their publishers. They appear here for commentary and reference. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be online, that every guide is current after a patch, or that following our advice will make you win. Metas change and articles age.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something a supporter is paying for, we will say so.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Where we are liable, that liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be signed away.
You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Rules. For serious things — harassment, illegal content, attacks on the site — we will do that immediately and without warning.
If we close your account while you have an active subscription, we will cancel it so you are not billed again.
We will update the date at the top when these change. If a change is significant, we will make that obvious rather than editing quietly.
